Applications should include:

• application form,
• curriculum vitae,
• transcript of records or similar documents of all places of study,
   
        Notes:
        - Transcripts of records other than in English may be translated into English by the applicant.
           The original transcripts must be submitted with the English translation.
       - Applications will only be accepted with complete transcripts of records of all places of study mentioned on the application form.
   
• other proof of academic performance (letter of support by academic supervisor, etc.), and
• a one-page essay  (2500 characters) about the experience of studying in different countries,

All documents should be submitted in English no later than 2 years after graduation.
Please note that applications which do not contain English documents will not be accepted.
